Our Live Animal Shipping Process
Live Animal Shipping Fees Are Including In The Pricing
Live animals are shipped Monday - Thursday via UPS Next Day Air in the Continental United States ONLY.
Most shipments are delivered before 12PM but your exact delivery time will depend on your local delivery route. All live animal shipments require a signature upon delivery. There will need to be an adult present to sign for the shipment when it arrives. It will not be left unattended. Tracking updates will be provided.
Note: Live Animal(s) & Supplies purchased together will ship separately!
Note: We reserve the right to delay your order upon the rare occurrence of unacceptable weather conditions. This is strictly for the safety of the animal(s), and you will be notified by e-mail if this does occur.

Live Animal Guarantee
Our Live Animals are guaranteed to arrive visibly healthy. If there is any issue with any of the animals you receive please contact us immediately at 940-465-3822. If we're unable to answer your call, please leave a detailed voice message.

Dry Goods are shipped to any address in the Continental United States. This is a flat rate and you can order as many supplies as you want without getting charged any extra for shipping!
Dry Goods are shipped Monday - Friday via UPS Ground
Most shipments are delivered before 8PM but your exact delivery time will depend on your local delivery route. Depending on your location, please allow 1-7 business days for delivery. Tracking updates will be provided.
